Meet The Mentors. Local & Experienced.
Craig Fuhr has been investing in real estate since 2004. In April of 2007, Craig was let go from his full-time job in I.T. Security. It was the day after his 40th birthday, and day of his son's 1st birthday. Craig has never looked back and has been a full-time investor ever since. He's known around the country for doing Champagne rehabs on a Budweiser budget. Craig teamed up with Dominion in 2014 and co-founded Dominion Real Estate Mentoring in December 2015.
Jack joined The Dominion Group in 2007. In the lending business, Jack is currently focused on business development and loan underwriting. In the properties business, Jack is responsible for acquisition and sales, and also serves as the Company's CFO.
Having purchased thousands of houses over the past 10 years, Jack has worn many hats at the company including roles in construction and property management. He holds both a Bachelors of Science and a Bachelors of Arts Degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Jack also enjoys sailboat racing, playing soccer, and spending me with his niece and nephew.
Mr. Lewis started The Dominion Group in 2002 solely as a hard money lender. Totally self-taught, he'd be the first to admit he was like a fish out of water as he learned the business by driving the streets of Baltimore underwriting one loan at a time. He soon realized there was plenty of money to be made as the investor rehabbing the deal, and quickly learned the business of flipping houses for profit. Today The Dominion Group is one of the largest privately owned residential real estate companies in the country, owning over 550 houses in Baltimore City, managing over 750, and lending over $60 million d
